Semester 1 2025 - AGM/EOSS
It's that time of year again, it's time for our annual general meeting and end of semester social!

TIME: 6PM-10PM AWST
WHERE: ECU Joondalup [Room TBA]
What is on the agenda for the AGM?
The AGM is CASSA's Annual General Meeting, where new executive members of the committee are either elected or re-elected. This election is open to everyone a part of CASSA, and nominees can show their interests in running for an exec position (must be an ECU student).
To show your interest, please reach out to one of our committee details and we'll give you more information (yes you will be required to attend and convey a speech).
What roles can you run for?
- Tech Admin - Is in charge of the servers, discord, helps website admins and system admins with their duties.
- Treasurer - coordinates funding and finances between CASSA, ECU, ECU student guild and 3rd parties.
- Secretary - Sets up committee meetings, takes minutes during meetings, coordinates with school of science and ECU to book rooms for events.
- Vice-President - Is in charge of the general committee, takes instruction from the president and assigns general committee members to tasks.
- President - Leader of the club, coordinates the different projects both within CASSA and collaborations with other clubs.
What's the EOSS
After the work of the AGM we will transition into the end of semester social where we will let our hair down, enjoy some free food and enjoy the company of some likeminded people here at CASSA!
You are permitted to bring a plus one, however a ticket must be purchased for both attendees!
